Crown and Covenant Foundation was born from a shared dream between Patrick Palmer, a seasoned nonprofit leader, and Jon Meyers, a business visionary and CEO of MBL Title. As family friends, they spent years discussing how to make Jons business more Kingdom-focused and Patricks nonprofit work more impactful. Their vision crystallized through divine timing and guidance.

Patrick, after stepping away from nonprofit leadership to support his family, began advising ministries strategically, inspired by a lunch with Steve Stroope, founding pastor of Lakepoint Church. Patrick’s coaching began to led to remarkable growth, with nonprofits doubling or tripling donations. Meanwhile, Jon felt called to surrender MBL Title to God, treating it as a Kingdom asset after a transformative wilderness retreat. Their paths converged when Patrick’s close friend Bobby Page of TDI began directing title business to MBL, to free Patrick to focus on fully on ministry.

Today, Crown and Covenant Foundation combines Patricks nonprofit expertise with Jons business acumen, creating a unique model that bridges for-profit and nonprofit worlds for eternal impact.
